Risk Identification:
SSS identifies and evaluates risks to impartiality in its Third-Party Inspection,
Audit, and Assessment services.

Risk Mitigation:
Appropriate measures are implemented to eliminate or minimize potential risks.

Independent Remuneration:
Employee remuneration is not influenced by inspection, audit, or assessment outcomes.

Avoidance of External Pressures:
SSS prevents organizational, commercial, or other pressures from compromising impartiality.

Cultural Integration:
Impartiality is embedded as a core value and fostered throughout the organization.

Periodic Review:
Risks to impartiality and mitigation measures are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain
current & effective.

Integrity

Commitment to Ethics:
SSS employees perform their duties with honesty, diligence, and accountability.

Truthful Reporting:
All reports are prepared with due professional care, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Adherence to Conduct:
Employees strictly follow SSS’s Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

2. Confidentiality Policy

3. Anti- Bribery Policy

Zero Tolerance:
SSS strictly prohibits bribery in any form and has a zero-tolerance policy toward
unethical practices.

Prohibition of Bribery:
Associates are not allowed to offer, promise, give, accept, or solicit bribes, whether in cash, kind,
or other tangible or intangible benefits, from or to suppliers, contractors, vendors, clients, or
business partners, during or outside office hours.

Definition of Bribery:
Bribery includes any financial or non-financial advantage used as an inducement or reward for
influencing professional duties.

Transparency and Legality:
SSS associates must not engage in illegal activities or acts that may discredit the organization or
profession.

Strict Enforcement:
Violations of this policy will result in severe consequences, including termination
of employment.

Reporting Violations:
Any incidents of bribery or unethical behavior must be reported immediately to
management for investigation and resolution.

Compliance with Laws:
